Volunteer Role: Fundraiser
Location: Hybrid (Remote & Men Only IOW HQ)
Hours: Flexible, but requires dedication and consistency
Commitment: Minimum of 6 hours per week
Potential Opportunity: Upon successful completion of a 90-day trial, this role may transition into a partially paid position.
Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities

Creating and managing fundraising campaigns

Writing compelling funding applications and proposals

Building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors

Organising fundraising events

Managing fundraising communications
Skills and Experience:

Strong communication and persuasive writing skills
-
Experience in fundraising, sales, or business development (preferred but not essential)

Ability to research and identify potential funding opportunities

Confidence in engaging with donors, sponsors, and community partners

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing fundraising campaigns

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools

Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets
