Volunteer Role: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in leading Men Only IOW. This is a dynamic role involving research, email, and calendar management, as well as the opportunity to work with AI tools (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and prioritising emails, responding where appropriate
Organising and maintaining the Managing Director’s calendar
Conducting research on key topics, partnerships, and funding opportunities
Preparing notes, summaries, and action points from meetings
Assisting with drafting reports, proposals, and presentations
Supporting social media and content planning where needed
Learning and applying AI tools to enhance efficiency (training provided)
Skills & Experience:
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Experience in administrative support, research, or executive assistance (preferred)
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Experience with AI tools or a willingness to learn and integrate technology for efficiency

Location: Hybrid (Remote & Men Only IOW HQ) Hours: Flexible, but a strong commitment is required Commitment: Minimum of 8 hours per week
